As part of our Kindle Kindness Civility Roundtable, Middle School Counselor, Stephanie Foster leads an eight-part series, in Compassion Resilience. You're invited to attend one or all of the segments.

Section eight provides resources to build up your individual well-being. How are you showing up and tending to your needs? Through the wellness compass assessment, you will have an opportunity to see what is currently working for you and what activities you may want to incorporate into your life.
