Join us for a 90- minute alignment-based yoga workshop centered on the theme of grounded belonging.

• Proceeds Support The ACLU Project, supporting advocacy, protection, and dignity for immigrants across the U.S.

• All donations will be collected in our studio the day of the event.

• Donations may be made in the form of cash, card, check, or Venmo.

The Class
Taught by Jonina Turzi, this intentional practice will emphasize hip and low-back stability, paired with deep, transformative breathwork designed to reconnect you with your body, your values, and the present moment. All are welcome, and practitioners are encouraged to pre-register early to ensure space for all. Registration is free.
