Junior Advanced Bakers Club

£35 per weekly 2-hour session, booked in 3-week blocks (£105 per child). Price includes all ingredients.

Maximum of 6 participants per class.

For ages 10–16.


Week One: Choux pastry – profiteroles and éclairs

Week Two: Shortcrust pastry – sweet pies

Week Three: Sweet rolls – cinnamon or blueberry buns


Description:
Learn essential baking skills in a fun and relaxed environment, and take home not only your delicious creations but also the recipes and knowledge to bake them again.


Led by Wanda, who brings over 30 years of professional cooking experience, this course focuses on building solid techniques and systems for confident, expert-level baking. From precision preparation and accurate measurements to immaculate clean-downs and kitchen discipline, young bakers will be encouraged to develop the habits of true professionals—all while enjoying the creativity and joy of baking.
