About the event

Diabetes Self-Management Programme (Type 2 - Non-Insulin Dependant)
This is a 7 week, 2 ½ hours per week Self-Management programme for anyone with Type 2 Diabetes (non-insulin dependent).

Some of the areas we cover are:
 What is Diabetes
 Monitoring and managing your Diabetes
 Preventing complications
 Communication skills
 Diabetic Footcare

This course is delivered by two lay tutors who live with or have
experience of living with Type2 diabetes.
