A precursor to the larger and internationally renowned O’Reilly’s Bird Week held each November, Autumn Bird Week is a relaxed experience ideal for beginner bird watchers hoping to see the unique birds of Lamington National Park in a small, intimate group.

Autumn can offer a cooler time of year to venture out than most summer months. This event combines guided tours and presentations from the retreat by local experts and O’Reilly’s guides. Bird spotters will be able to explore a range of habitats from dry rainforests to lagoons, plus take in the magnificent scenery.
