Wheat Planting, Weaving,Threshing and Baking!

Learn how wheat is planted, cleaned, ground into flour, and baked into bread! First, head to the fields and watch our farmers plant winter wheat using our horse-drawn Ontario Grain Drill. Then, head to the barnyard to help us thresh this year's crop using hand and horse-powered methods. Finally, help us mill the threshed grain into flour and stop by the farmhouse to test the final product!
