Transforming Problems Into Peace

What if, instead of getting irritated or depressed when problems arise, we could use difficult situations to develop inner strength, improve our experience of life, and be of benefit to others?

That is the meaning of transforming problems into peace ⛈---> 🌞

In this Saturday series, we will study Buddhist methods to shift your perspective from external challenges to internal responses.

Exploring meditations that use compassion and wisdom to transform negativity into positive states like love and acceptance, we can recognize that true peace comes from changing our mind, not the situation.

And as we strengthen our practice we can even develop the mental flexibility to welcome problems as opportunities for spiritual growth! What a great goal for the new year!

Suitable for first-time meditators, as well as more experienced practitioners. Everyone welcome. 🤗
