Unshackled Sauvignon Blanc
spring vegetable flatbread, goat cheese, asparagus, radish, arugula, carrots and pea shoots (served chilled)

Course 2
Unshackled Pinot Noir
lollipop chicken with cherry gastrique and rhubarb
