This evening, we’ll journey inward — letting go of what’s not ours, trusting our intuition, and reconnecting with every part of who we are.
We’ll begin with circular breath and embodied awareness, awakening the body and softening into presence. Then, through a symbolic inner house journey, we’ll move room by room, releasing confusion, meeting the many sides of ourselves, and returning with clarity and wholeness.
