PERIMENOPAUSE SUPPORT GROUP

Join our welcoming perimenopause support group led by experienced facilitator Denys Morgan. Our session will provide a safe space to navigate this significant life transition together.

In our meetings, you'll:

Share your perimenopause and menopause experience in a compassionate, understanding environment. Master effective breathing techniques specifically designed to manage hot flashes.
Learn focused meditation practices to improve mental clarity and reduce brain fog.
Practice gentle stretches and simple yoga poses to reduce body pain, balance hormones and improve sleep.

Whether you're just beginning to notice changes or are well into your perimenopause or menopause journey, connect with others who understand what you're experiencing. Find practical strategies and emotional support to help you thrive during this transformative time.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
There will be extra yoga mats available at the studio.

Registration is required for this event and can be done at www.winher.me.

Donations are appreciated but not required
and can be made on the day of the event.
