Informal Draft Practice

Fort Steilacoom Park
Pay attention to address provided so you can find us in this large park! There are multiple parking lots and this address brings you to ours.

Please take note of the 9 am start time, we're starting a little earlier for the summer to try to beat the heat a little.
Also, we will hold our twice monthly practices for July and August at this park in preparation for our September draft tests that will occur in this park.
The bathrooms are a bit of a hike from our location within the park, so stop on the way in if you need them.

Draft practice open to all!

Those new to draft can be provided help starting at 11 am. Please come prior to that to give your dog plenty of time to acclimate and watch the experienced teams work.
Bring lots of treats.

If you want to practice with other people and carts around, please come!
If you want to practice other dog sports or socialization, please come!
If you want to just hang out with the cool dogs and people who enjoy doing stuff with their dogs, please come!
Club membership, equipment or Berner ownership not required!
