Sermon Topic: Shame
Shame is not just an emotion—it is often a learned response, embedded in us through early conditioning that distances us from our truest selves. At its root, shame is the voice of inauthenticity, a lie we carry that hinders our growth, empathy, and creative expression.
This week’s reflection explores:
How shame influences our self-perception and relationships
The ways we cast shame—publicly, privately, or silently within
The link between gossip, judgment, and the absence of grace
How authenticity, silence, and inner stillness reveal truth
How to recognize shame as the sum of internalized lies and discard it through spiritual self-remembering
Shame is the opposite of grace. It is the burden that masks our true nature. When we choose grace instead—when we listen within, release judgment, and allow ourselves and others to simply be—we make space for healing. We align with our Creator. And we begin to walk in truth.

Silent Arrival Requested
