Full Moon Sound Meditation

Do you struggle with meditation? Imagine stepping into a serene and deeply relaxing space, where the outside world gently fades away. Here, you'll be enveloped by gentle, soothing sounds that wash over you, guiding you effortlessly into a state of profound calm.

During this sound meditation, I'll help you release tension, quiet your mind, and discover your own true inner peace. We'll also explore our insights through creative expression, engaging in blackout poems and journaling. All journals will be provided for you. for a cost of $25

All ages and genders are welcome!
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in before we start.

Wear comfy clothing and feel free to bring anything else to make yourself comfortable. ex: blanket, pillow, eye mask
