We are taking in people's unwanted clothing and accessories to create a 'FREE STORE'!
We would love to get a huge variety of clothing of all sizes and genders for this clothing swap. One person's unwanted items, may be great for someone else.
All I am asking from you is two things:
1. Grab any clothing/ accessories you may not want/ don't wear much and set it aside for the event.
2. Spread the word! Reach out to everyone and anyone you know in the area to do the same.
Event Details:
What: Clothing Swap/ Free Store
When: August 24th 12-4pm
Where: The Winchester Music Tavern
12112 Madison Ave, Lakewoo
Why: End waste! Anything that does not get claimed by the end of the event, will then be donated to shelters accordingly. Let's end the cycle of consumerism, waste, fast fashion, and 'for profit' donation centers!
Who: Contact Mitva at 516-710-0658 with any questions, donation drop offs, and/or interest in helping out!
We are looking to collect items early for those that are ready! It will help streamline operations the day off!
