Cardio Funk Fitness Class Wednesdays in August

We're excited to share Feel the Beat instructor Corbin is bringing the heat with a Cardio Funk Fitness class every Wednesday evening at 7pm for the month of August. All skill levels and abilities are welcome (ages 13+)! Come sweat, groove, and feel the BEAT with us!

WHEN: Wednesdays in August from 7pm-7:45pm starting on August 6, 2025, through August 27, 2025
WHERE: Charles Whitlock Recreation Center, Lakewood, CO
AGE/SKILL-LEVEL: Ages 13+, all skill levels & abilities (Sign language interpretation is included)
