This uplifting and accessible offering will help you gently transition into a more grounded and open-hearted space before or after the service.
Experience a gentle and accessible way to move your body and center your mind with our 30-minute open session for all ages and abilities. This welcoming session, designed to be inclusive, supports participants in easing tension and cultivating presence through simple, seated movement and laughter. It’s lighthearted, fun, and rooted in breath and connection.
The class includes gentle joint movements—such as wrist and ankle rolls, shoulder circles, and neck stretches—followed by light twists and simple arm and leg raises. Each movement is offered mindfully and can be easily adapted, making it especially friendly to those using walkers, wheelchairs, or anyone seeking a supportive and low-impact way to engage in movement. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
Everyone is welcome; no experience is necessary. The movement will be done on a chair. Mindful Movement offers a gentle way to care for yourself, whether stretching, breathing, or simply enjoying a peaceful connection with others.
