Sonic Sanctuary: Sound Bath Immersion with Rhonda Schauer

Journey from busy mind to boundless calm in this sound bath led by Rhonda. You’ll begin with gentle breath guidance to settle in, then melt into a rich tapestry of sound as she plays Himalayan singing bowls.

The shifting vibrations guide your nervous system into deeper states of relaxation, helping you:

Whether you find yourself in a dream-like reverie or awaken with renewed clarity, this sound-bath immersion recalibrates your entire being and helps to guide you home to yourself.

Please wear cozy layers and bring any comforts you'd enjoy for maximum rest, like a favorite pillow, blanket, or eye pillow. All bodies and levels are welcome. If you are new to yin yoga or sound healing, this is a great way to experience both.
