The Lakeview PTO is excited to present an evening Under the Stars just for 7th and 8th graders. Join us at the Lakeview High School Cafeteria (enter through the gym doors) on Friday, May 9, 2025. Tickets are purchased at the door for $10 each. (Ticket sales end at 6:30)
The following is a list of guidelines for the Semi-Formal Dance sponsored by Lakeview
PTO:
• Semi-Formal Attire: Dresses must meet LMS/LHS dress code, meaning the
dress must cover undergarments, midriffs, and cover the leg to mid-thigh. Dress
shirts (button down), and dress pants are recommended.
• Attendees: The dance is for LCS 7th and 8th grade students only. LCS
students may bring one guest from another district if they are a 7th and/or 8th
grade student. A “guest form” MUST be completed prior to the event. Forms can
be found in the school offices.
• Attendance: The dance starts at 6 p.m. There is a $10 per student entrance fee
which includes snacks, drinks, DJ and do it yourself photobooth. Students will be
allowed admittance until 6:30 p.m. No students will be allowed into the dance
after 6:30 p.m. Students and parents may take pictures in the high school
entryway from 5:30 until the start of the event, parents will then be asked to leave
the building.
• Pick-Up: As with any after school activity, we ask that parents are ready to pick
their child up promptly at 8:00p.m. Pick up and drop off will be at the gymnasium
doors (southside of high school).
• Expectation Violations: In the event that a student is asked to leave the dance,
(inappropriate dress, language, interactions, violence, etc.), the student will be
escorted to the entrance way and parents will be called. The dance entrance fee
will not be refunded!
• Have Fun: While having fun is totally up to you, we hope you take advantage of
the live DJ, snacks, and your time with friends!
