SUP n Sauna

Do something different this winter! Enjoy a guided SUP paddle on the lake for an hour from Venture Out to Koho Sauna! With skills instruction included for beginners, the guided session glides past glassy lake beaches and the local yachts and trawlers. The SUP session is followed by an hour at Koho Sauna, floating on the lake! Feel the heat while you soak up the lake views, and then immerse yourself in the cool plunge of the wintery lake (on purpose!). You’ll feel amazing after!

This experience is for 16 years and up. Previous SUP experience is not required. Pack a few things in a dry bag (supplied by us) or park your car at Koho and walk up to Venture Out to get started so your vehicle is handy to finish.
