In this workshop, you will learn why it’s so important to embrace winter,
and don’t worry, that doesn’t mean putting on a beanie and getting on with life.!!
You’ll learn about how we have rhythms to live by, just as nature does..
And winters rhythm is all about slowing down, resting, conserving energy and rejuvenating the whole system
So think gentle movement, restorative poses, beautiful breathing practices and long pauses for contemplation.. even a little journaling.
Giving yourself permission to slow down and take a pause might be quite foreign to you.. I understand, I was like that too..
If this is you, this workshop is crafted with you in mind,
it takes time to slow down, but when we understand why its so important to give ourself permission to do so, and we provide the safety in our nervous system to do that, transformation is possible..
