VJ Tug of War

Get your 8-man (or woman) team ready and fighting fit. The Tug-of-War is a test of technique, rather than brut strength. 8 on the rope, 1 coach.
You have less than 6-weeks to train, build stamina, organise who is front and who is Anchor. And - who can make "tacky"
We are lucky to have a renown International Indoor champion medallist and UK National Champion to referee the event.
