Come & Try It Cycle Ride (suitable for everyone of all abilities)

Do you need to lose weight, want to get more active, or have Asthma, Diabetes or Heart Disease? Cycling can help you, just like it does us.
Or, do you just want to get out on your bike?
Starting from our clubroom the ride will be over a distance and pace to suit those that attend and will always include a stop for coffee.
We strongly recommend you wear a cycling helmet.
