EAT SMART, BE ACTIVE, LEARN HOW!!
Sign up for this super FUN and INTERACTIVE class!! The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is hosting a FREE series of 8 workshops for families at Tyler's Redemption Place. The workshops last 60 - 90 minutes each and are done in small groups. (Registration Required:

Class will be held on 8 consecutive Mondays beginning June 23rd and wrapping up on August 11th.
Classes will start at 4pm and end around 5:30pm!

~How to keep food safe
You won't want to miss these classes! Taste good food, connect with others, and learn new skills to help you focus on a healthier lifestyle! You will receive a take-home tool each lesson and a graduation certificate upon completing the series!

Tyler's Redemption Place (home of Hope United) is a Recovery Community Organization (RCO) in Summit County. This RCO that offers hope to individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder through recovery and support group meetings, events, life skills classes, and other activities focused on the mind, body, spirit in a community setting.
Additionally, Tyler's Redemption Place provides free non-clinical recovery peer support and family peer support as a Drop-In Center six days a week.
