Have you noticed how your mood is lifted when you listen to your favorite song? Perhaps you may have even heard how sound can heal the body and want to facilitate this therapy for others.

Sound therapy is a healing modality in which sound vibration is applied to the body to allow you to release, transform, and realign your cells to their ideal state. This type of therapy works very well in the human body, as we are excellent conductors of sound. These frequencies give the body and mind the opportunity to enter a meditative state to best allow for healing to take place.

The application of this therapy can take many different forms, from acoustic to electronic to inaudible sounds that humans cannot hear. Any of these forms helps and facilitates healing for each individual. Each person’s experience is different, but all participants will usually feel relaxed, comfortable, and at peace.

I previously lived in New York City for 10 years, where my spiritual journey began. I later moved to the West Coast, and after 20 years of being away, I landed back in Texas. I have traveled from coast to coast creating sound therapy experiences, and now I am teaching others how to do what I do.
