Hurricane Prep for Central Florida Yards

Is your yard ready for hurricane season? Join us for a hands-on workshop designed to help Central Florida residents prepare their landscapes for storms. You’ll learn how to identify potential risks in your garden and take part in a guided practice assessment outdoors, where we'll walk through how to spot and address common issues before they become hazards.

Workshop is presented by UF/IFAS Extension Polk County and City of Lakeland Water Utilities as part of the Lakeland Learn & Grow workshop series.
