Embark on a transformation journey through the seven main chakras- your body’s energetic roadmap to physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. This all levels yoga class is for anyone interested in energetic healing and self- discovery.

The class will combine breath work, yoga postures and meditation to activate, balance and align each energy center from root to crown.
