Monthly Sound Bath (occurs every 2nd Sunday of the month)

Our monthly sound bath will relax you while sound waves wash over you.
Gina will play crystal bowls, a crystal pyramid, drums, and native flute. Sound baths are relaxing, meditative and immersive experiences that can aid in reducing stress, easing anxiety, and promoting a sense of well-being. Participants should bring a mat or blanket to lay on and a small pillow if desired. Sound baths can be contraindicated for people with certain medical conditions, including pregnancy, metal implants, heart conditions, and some forms of epilepsy.
