Lived Spirituality - Week 4 of a 4 week course

In the 4 classes of this course, we will look at strategies for applying spiritual principles to daily life. We will review some core concepts like Mindfulness, Gratitude, and Energetic Coherence while learning ways to incorporate these ideals into our daily lives working towards a more embodied experience of our spirituality. Lived spirituality helps people live a more rewarding and connected life while also strengthening community and positively affecting our world. Facilitated by Gina Gifun.
