Monthly Meditation Group (occurs every 4th Thursday of the month)

Expanded consciousness meditation is a profound engagement with meditation. This type of meditation increases our awareness and helps us gain control over the mind and body. It opens the doors to inspiration, creativity and spiritual alertness which in turn, helps us connect to our higher selves.
