Monthly Meditation and Discussion Group - Occurs every 4th Thursday of the month

The class will be held in the Center for Expanded Consciousness building located behind the Unity Chapel.

Expanded consciousness meditation is a profound engagement with meditation. This type of meditation increases our awareness and helps us gain control over the mind and body. It opens the doors to inspiration, creativity and spiritual alertness which in turn, helps us connect to our higher selves. Join with us for a look into your soul.
