Expanded Consciousness Meditation Group

This was the second of our on-going meditation group that meets every 4th Thursday of the month led by Pat. We gather in the education building behind the Unity Chapel.
The expanded consciousness meditation is a deeper engagement with meditation. It increases awareness and helps us gain control over the mind and body. It opens the doors to inspiration, creativity and spiritual awareness, which in turn, helps us connect to our higher selves .
This meditation, - Connecting with your higher self/Embracing the Wisdom Within with music from The Infinite Essence of Life feels almost overwhelming to articulate. I can't even begin to tell you how wide our hearts expanded, but I can say it was out of this world. The journaling and discussion following was just remarkable as we talked about our divine essence and the worlds we traveled to . The next gathering will be May 22nd at 6:30.
