Deepening our Connection with Nature - Occurs every 3rd Saturday of the month

The class will be held in the Center for Expanded Consciousness building located behind the Unity Chapel.

Each month we will explore different aspects of nature through a variety of modalities. Participants will engage in experiential activities, crafts projects, journaling, discussion and more (depending on the class topic and weather/time of year). We’ll learn about eco-therapy and horticultural therapy as we discover firsthand how interaction with nature can improve our health and quality of life.

An offering basket will be present.
