THE FORECAST CALLS FOR FISH
There’s no wrong time to enjoy fish ‘n chips, but there’s certainly no better than during the Lenten Season leading up to Easter and the coming of spring. It just hits different!
That’s why we’re so excited to bring Fish Fry Fridays™️ back to the taproom beginning February 20th and running every Friday through March 27th. In addition to our usual lineup of delicious chow, we’ll be serving two variations on this classic, Midwestern-supper-club fare:
Fry Up #1
Helles-Battered Cod served with hand-cut, whole-potato fries, coleslaw, and housemade remoulade!
Fry Up #2
Helles-Brined & Breaded Perch with hand-cut, whole-potato fries, coleslaw, and housemade remoulade!
As always, we’ll use our own beer and simple, high-quality ingredients for everything.
When we’ve done fish fries in the past, we packed the house and sold out quickly, so plan a Friday visit, get here early, and come hungry! We’ll save some malt vinegar (IYKYK) for you!
