Family Sound Meditation
Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound meditation session with your loved ones at Empowered Heroes! This event is perfect for families looking to unwind, connect, and recharge together. Brittney will guide a group meditation followed by the sound bath. Your kids will be allowed to play different instruments and learn how to give their parents a relaxing sound meditation that will also help aid their consentration and sensory skills. No experience is necessary - just bring an open heart and mind. Let's create beautiful moments and memories together through the power of sound!
Price includes family up to 4ppl +$5 each additional family member. pay upon arrival
