“Tapas” means small plates—savory Spanish bites that may be small in size but are big on flavor. Join us for the official launch of our Explore Spanish Tapas cooking class, where you'll learn to prepare authentic dishes that bring the spirit of Spain right into your kitchen.
This class is designed to be done in pairs of two. If you don’t have a partner, we’ll happily pair you with another guestso you can fully enjoy the experience.
In this hands-on experience, guests will learn to cook three classic tapas:
Papas Bravas – crispy potatoes with a bold, zesty sauce
Gambas Ajillo – sizzling garlic shrimp
Chorizo en Vino – sausage simmered in Spanish red wine
You’ll experience each dish while learning the key techniques that make Spanish tapas simple, fun, and full of flavor.

Duration: About 2 hours
BYOB: Guests may bring one bottle of wine per group. Beer, wine, or champagne (21+)
Included: All ingredients, equipment, tools, and emailed recipes
Class Size: 8–12 guests cooking alongside Chef Berto
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early; parking available nearby
Attire: Comfortable clothing and shoes you don’t mind getting a little messy
Photography: Encouraged! We’ll also be taking photos during class
Age Requirement: 18+ (adults only)
Cancellation: Reschedule up to 48 hours before class
