David is an Iowa-based singer, songwriter, recording artist and entertainer whose career has taken him to all 50 states, 20 countries and 4 continents. He has appeared live with Alice Cooper, Edwin McCain, Motown recording artists The Drifters, Bob Hope, The USO, his brother JK Simmons, and members of REO Speedwagon.
He has performed in arenas, stadiums, rock clubs, concert halls, coffee shops, wineries, bars, country clubs, worship centers, prisons, and on the flight deck of the US Navy aircraft carrier The USS Kittyhawk.
