Mercouri Estate Foloi 2023A vibrant white blend from the western Peloponnese, made primarily from the rare Roditis and Viognier grapes. Fresh citrus, crisp acidity, and delicate floral notes make this a bright and refreshing start to the evening.

Gavalas Fragospito White 2022From the volcanic soils of Santorini, this white delivers complexity and minerality in every sip. Aged partially in oak, it combines stone fruit and lemon zest with a subtle smoky finish.
