100-Hour Yoga Immersion — Deepen Your Practice This Winter
Ready to expand your practice and deepen your understanding of yoga?
This 4-month, 100-hour immersion is designed for students who want to explore yoga beyond the drop-in class experience.
Together, we’ll move through weekly sessions and monthly weekend immersions that blend asana alignment, subtle body energetics, philosophy, breathwork, meditation, Yin, restorative practices, and more.
Each module is thoughtfully structured to help you build consistency, clarity, and confidence in your practice—from the inside out. Whether you're newer to yoga or have years of experience, this immersion offers personalized guidance, a supportive community, and space to grow at your own pace.
Starts January 7 (in-person or virtual)
Weekly Sessions: Wednesdays, 5:30–7:30pm
Monthly Weekends: Saturday + Sunday sessions
Flexible attendance + makeup options available
Led by Nikki Warren (ERYT 500, Yoga Therapist) and Beth McNally (ERYT 200)—teachers dedicated to alignment, energetics, mindful movement, and the deeper layers of yoga.
