Discover a true sense of calm in both body and mind as you’re guided into deep restoration. This 90-minute immersive experience uses the gentle, passive practice of restorative yoga to encourage complete surrender and stillness. With the support of props, you’ll be placed into a carefully curated series of restorative poses, each held for approximately 20 minutes to allow the nervous system to fully relax.
Unlike traditional restorative classes, this workshop offers a more profound, meditative approach—designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, quiet the mind, and enhance overall well-being. It is a truly unique and nourishing experience. That deep relaxation is enhanced with the nurturing, healing and deeply restful practice of the Japanese relaxation technique of Reiki with Gina DuMond. This gentle light touch, or hand off accompaniment is the perfect pairing to this entire session.
*Due the set up of this event space is limited to 5 people, so preregistration is required, and payment is due at the time of registration - price is $75 per person
