Fitness Trail Fridays

Come join me for a workout! We’ll meet at the bleachers by the soccer field at the rec center then do 3x loops of the fitness trail stopping at each station and doing 8-12 reps of most exercises jogging or walking between the stations. Free event, I’m looking for some workout buddies.
