Steve Taylor graduated from Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music with a degree in Songwriting. After college, Steve returned home to Michigan and became a fixture in the Detroit music scene while earning a Master’s Degree in Music Theory from Wayne State University. Blending soulful music and intimate lyrics, Steve Taylor performs all over Michigan as a solo acoustic artist and with his band, The Steve Taylor Three. Their latest album “Temporary Heart” was released in 2024 all of their five albums is available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, or wherever finer music is streamed. The band’s single, “Raining on Christmas”, won the Detroit Music Award for “Outstanding Country Recording” in 2023. “Temporary Heart” won the Michigan Music Award for Best American Album in 2025.

McKayla’s videos on the internet have accumulated her over millions of views and has gained her thousands of listeners worldwide. She is a four time Detroit Music Award nominee.
McKayla is a featured vocalist on Disney's Dream Big Princess Campaign on multi-media broadcasts and commercials across the world. McKayla Prew has opened for acts such as Maddie and Tae, The Band Perry, Big and Rich, Drew Baldridge and has had performances all across the United States and Europe.
McKayla was a featured performer on “Music Mondays” on Local 4 News Detroit representing “Arts, Beats, and Eats.” She also performed and was interviewed on Channel 7 WXYZ Detroit representing “The Michigan State Fair” as their 2023-2024 Michigan State Fair Superstar. McKayla made her radio debut on 99.5 WYCD with her songs “WHO ARE YOU?!” and “#1 FAN.” McKayla is also an animated singing Sea Turtle named “Mazine” that she created on a PBS children’s show called “Wimee’s Words.” A Michigan native, McKayla is currently living and recording in Nashville, Tennessee. She was asked to be part of the Songwriting Program at Belmont University’s Mike Curb College of Music Business and Entertainment. She is a member of “Bear House” Writers Management and is an active member of Nashville’s NSAI.
McKayla was a part of main stage performances of Tosca, H.M.S. Pinafore, and the Nutcracker as part of the Detroit Opera House choir. She is the creator and co-host of a TV and live stream show Hyped Up Live Next Generation, that featured music artists from in and around the Detroit area. She is also Michigan’s former 2022 Miss Oakland County USA and Little Miss West Michigan.
At his core, Pontiac Michigan native Matt Bastardson is a songwriter. He takes in the world around him and reflects it back to you with a few chords and a turn of phrase. If you pay close attention though you'll see that there's more going on behind the curtain than you may have noticed at first blush... " your pencil needs to be sharp but your eraser is your greatest weapon ". That's a poet's mind at play. It's his succinct phrasing that truly sets him apart. The ability to have the patience to edit, edit, and edit some more until it's just right.
On his upcoming release "Back to Pontiac" Matt takes us on a bit of a journey back to where it all began for him. He gets right to the point on the first single "Hard Times" and keeps stepping on the gas from there. We get a glimpse of a life that's been lived.
