From spay and neuter surgeries to complex dental procedures, a little planning goes a long way. The day after surgery is not the best time to learn that your dog panics in a cone, or your cat hates wet food.

Post-surgical care can actually start BEFORE your pet has surgery – if you condition your pet to the routines and equipment in advance, recovery goes a lot smoother.
