🧭 WHAT IS “SCOPING” (PLAIN ENGLISH)
Scoping is when the Town decides what must be studied in the environmental review.
This is the only chance to make sure important issues are included.
📄 WHAT IS A DEIS?
A DEIS (Draft Environmental Impact Statement) is a report written by the developer.
It only covers what the Town requires during scoping.
