Soul Power Dance

Summer Soul Power Dance will be held 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, July 29 and August 26. This isn’t just a dance class; it’s an opportunity to restore your sense of well-being through meaningful and expressive movement. Engaging both mind and body, the intentional choreography encourages a cathartic release, allowing you to align your emotions with your physical self and nurture your soul. Join us for Soulpower Dance and let the rhythm restore your inner harmony in this special place.

This event will take place at Lake Junaluska, weather permitting, under the trees near the Prayer Labyrinth. The class is free, but donations are welcome.

Kristy Johnson, certified Soulpower Dance Teacher, will lead outdoor Soul Power Dance classes as part of Lake Junaluska’s Summer Activities Program.
