Before you enjoy the amazing sounds of Balsam Range, join us at the Lakeside White Tent beside Stuart Auditorium on July 5 for a delicious Balsam Range Pre-Concert Cookout! We're firing up the grills to bring you an unforgettable evening of fantastic food and good company, right here at beautiful Lake Junaluska.
From 5 - 7 PM, fuel up with a feast that's perfect before a night of great music. Get ready for:

Barbecued Chicken Leg Quarters

Our famous Smoked NC Cheddar Mac & Cheese

Sweet, local-sourced Corn on the Cob

It's all yours for just $25 per person, and that includes tax and gratuity! Payment will be collected at the tent upon arrival.
