Join us for Paw & Purpose: Behind the Kennels, a quarterly volunteer event hosted by the SPCA of Brazoria County designed to introduce you to the heart of our mission and the many ways you can make a difference.

Whether you're a new volunteer, a curious community member, or someone ready to get more involved, this event gives you an inside look at what it takes to care for hundreds of animals every day. You'll meet our team, tour the shelter, hear real stories of rescue and recovery, and learn exactly how your time, skills, and compassion can help us save lives.

From walking dogs and socializing cats, to helping with adoptions, events, and behind-the-scenes operations—there's a role for everyone. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your love for animals.

Together, we can turn compassion into action.
