Mr. Max is a Los Angeles Indie/Punk outfit fronted by guitarist Max Cohen. Merging the raw energy of old-school punk with a modern rock edge, the band draws heavily from the foundational sounds of early punk and garage rock. This is evident in their high-octane original songs and covers. With a wide range of inspirations, from the classic rock songwriting of Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, and Elvis Costello to the hardcore punk intensity of The Descendents, Black Flag, and the Circle Jerks, Mr. Max offers a fresh take on a classic sound.
