Daring Greatly is a dynamic rock band rooted in classic influences and built on powerful vocal harmonies, heartfelt songwriting, and an unrelenting commitment to the road. Formed by Canadian-born brothers Patrick and Liam Croome, along with drummer and lifelong friend Brayden Tario, the band has grown into a powerful five-piece with the addition of Jeff Starkey on guitar and Brendan Cutrer on bass—solidifying their lineup after years of evolving members and sound.
Now based in Southern California, the band has made a name for themselves touring extensively across North America and adapting seamlessly to any stage. Their support history is a testament to their range—opening for country stars like Lainey Wilson, Rodney Atkins, and Midland, crossing into alt/indie territory with Young the Giant, and bringing their rock energy to lineups alongside Bon Jovi, Sublime with Rome, and Plain White T’s. The genres vary, but the connection is always there. The talent is undeniable.
Winners of Best Video and Best Rock/Indie Song at the 2025 San Diego Music Awards, and Song of the Year in 2023, Daring Greatly has also earned three consecutive nominations for Artist of the Year—cementing their presence in one of the country’s most competitive music scenes.
Still fully independent, the band operates without management or label—building everything themselves from the ground up. From tour booking and merch design to music production and promotion, it’s all done in-house. Not by choice, necessarily—they’ve simply never waited for permission to do the work.
Their new album, Let It Ride, arrives in 2025, capturing the raw honesty and momentum that’s carried them this far. This year’s tour across Canada and the U.S. marks a new chapter for the band—more focused, more fearless, and more unified than ever.
