A bit about Pilates….
Who is it for?
Absolutely everyone! No matter your age, fitness, gender, body shape, or ability. It is a fully inclusive class!
And if you don’t feel flexible enough this is exactly how you become and stay flexible!
Pilates is a low impact exercise which strengthens and supports your core, improving posture, flexibility, and mobility.
By stabilising joints whilst toning muscles Pilates helps to create a leaner and stronger body with little risk of injury.
I incorporate Yoga and breath work techniques into the class to enhances the relaxation and calm of the exercise. It lifts mood, and reduces signs of depression, anxiety, and fatigue whilst boosting endorphins and oxygen levels stimulate our feel good hormones! �
Classes are suitable for all levels and abilities as movements can be adjusted to suit and variations will be demonstrated.
The class will be perfect for beginners and anyone a little more experienced will be able to work with the more advanced techniques provided.
