Join us from July 21st through the 25th for a series of sessions designed to help you find peace, release stress, and tap into your body’s natural energy.
This breathwork workshop for women is designed to help you create a daily practice or enhance your existing practice. No experience needed. Whether you're new to breathwork or have practiced before, this is an invitation to come as you are and explore the transformative power of your breath.
We'll meet twice daily:
* Mornings: 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM
* Evenings: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Come to one session or come to all—each one will offer you a unique opportunity to dive deeper into your practice and experience the benefits of breathwork.

Suggested Donation: $60 unlimited access (or $10 per session).

Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Sitting, Standing, and seated postures will be taught during the hour. Please be encouraged to move your body, or still your body, in the posture that is most beneficial for you.
